What to expect when you call
What should I have ready before I call?
Nothing formal. A rough idea of the space, what you want done, and your ideal timeline is plenty. Photos help but aren't required — we'll be seeing it in person anyway.
How soon can you come out for an estimate?
Usually within a few days, and often sooner. We'll work around your schedule, including early mornings or after-hours if that's easier for you.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. On-site estimates within our service area are free with no obligation to book. If we're not the right fit for the job, we'll tell you that too.
What if I'm just after a rough ballpark?
Call and describe it. We can often give you a realistic range over the phone so you know whether it's worth arranging a full site visit.
